This is a Hemifever SCT Tuner, 9550. Unless you have a 2006 Durango with the 4.7L V8, you'll need it reprogrammed, which will be about $150 from Sean (Hemifever), whom can be contacted at hemifever@aol.com.

We traded in the wife's Durango, so no longer have a need for this. This tuner should function for almost any Dodge-Chrysler vehicle from 1998-2006, with the exception of the 2003 Hemi engine.

Would this work on an 01 4.7l? Without getting reprogrammed that is?

 

Afraid not. While the engines are very similar, I am pretty sure a 5 year span is bound to have several programming/computer changes. The tuner itself will work, but I can almost guarantee you for your engine to run properly and without a CEL, you'll need it reprogrammed.
