What is wrong with your 5 speed? I have a 46RE from a 2500 Ram 360, not sure on anything about it. NO TC. It has a small chip on the bellhousing but a transmission shop told me that it would not hurt anything being there. Im not sure if It would need to be rebuilt or anything. I also have a Flexplate for the same 360. Let me know if youd be interested in doing a trade if your gearbox is any good. If not, What do youwant for your 5 speed? Thanks alot and let me know, Dan

i drvie an average of 200 miles a day, and im getting tired of driving in traffic with a manual trans. a stock replacement auto would be fine by me.

i f'd up, i have a 318. will it still bolt up? and im interested in a trade. id have to know what else i would need for the swap. im in houston, btw.

 

The difference is only the TC. I can get one for a 318 but it would be a while on that one I think. The bolt pattern is the same on 360 and 318 though. How many miles are on your trans? thanks Dan

Well, youre gonna need a computer for an auto pickup, I Could trade mine maybe but its gonna have to be later after I get the 5 speed in my truck. Youre gonna need a steering column too unless you want to make it floor shift or something. Thats pretty much all I can think of, What Transfer Case do you have? Im not sure but I think they may be different for auto andmanual. Thanks and let me know
