Removing some of the interior panels...

I'm looking to run an amp from the stock headunit, so I'm going to tap into one of the rear speaker outputs and run a hi-level input to the amp. Also need to run an remote turn on, so I'm looking at the cigarette lighter for that. I need to know how to get these panels off before I go break something....
It's a regular cab 07 with a manual trans (floor cupholder/consle thing...)
Rear side panels (for the speakers)
Center dash panel (for the lighter)
The bottom door sill cover (to hopefully hide my power wire)
The floor mounted cupholder/shifer cover (to hide my remote wire)
Thanks in advance!

My first suggestion (not knowing the interior) is get a book, will help you out lots and i recomend it to anyone for anything they drive. I'd say pass on connecting the remote to the cig lighter and just pickup a tap in fuse kit to put in your fuse block, run it in the sil along with the other wires.(use a meter to find a ig/aux hot space)- this aswell easier than removing your center/dash- Most dodges sills are held in with tabs so they just pull right out, and the kick panels screws/bolts. Doors im unsure, alotta vehicles are different so im not going to suggest something that breaks a tab or even worse a panel.
