good work, keep in mind if you drill out those plastic welds on the back, you can then separate the two pieces. Also take the DD trim ring that should haver come with the unit and place it over the DD to make the fitment look even better as it will hide any small imperfections in the cuts or bondo. If you do not have one, then simply get one off ebay.

looks great I have the Kenwood DDX512 with the Garmin GPS in my 2007 and I love mine too. Looks good, sounds good, and great for long trips with the dvd player. I just got the nav bezel of ebay, but your custom job is top notch. I wish I had the patience to try something like that. Good Work!

 

Do they make a 02-05 bezel for the double din? Im getting tired of my flip out but not enough to go through the work of cutting and doing all of that for a double din.
