Exclamation steering wheel controls in aftermarket stereo

So my cd player in the 04 ram dediced its too weak and won't spit out cd's at all. I'm looking for a stereo that could be controlloed by the steering wheel controls.

Basically you're looking at any after market setup that has a remote input. There is another device called a swi-jack that converts the steering wheel controls to the generic after market signal. I will say the swi-jack is a complete piece of crap. It works, but you have to hold the buttons down longer than usual and once it responds, it goes insanely fast.
