Default Media Center 430 - BTSA

I'm new on here and have a few questions.

I have a 2010 Ram 2500 Cummins. Bought it in Oct 2010. It came with the mygig media center 430, I think it's the REN but not 100% sure. It doesn't have Navigation.

My first question is how do I find out which one it is exactly, REN, RBZ ext.?

It doesn't have BTSA (Bluetooth Streaming Audio). It does have the connector cord in the little box above the glove box that I can plug an Ipod or Iphone in it to play my music through the system. I was wondering if my system can get BTSA with a software upgrade or something without replacing my whole system?

I found somewhere that you could enter in your VIN to see if you system has any software upgrades available but it said mine doesn't have one.

Need some advise! Thanks!

I did a little more research and found out that my system is a REN for sure.

The software I have is 9.292 Gracenotes: 1287

I would just like to know if this system is capable of doing BTSA. Thanks!

I would also like to get someone input about another problem.

Sometimes when i start my truck the radio turns on but it won't let me turn the station, volume up or down, but it will let me switch between radio/cd/sat ect.
