Delete the phones and re-pair.

I can't get beyond the bluetooth on the menu . It lights up red and goes no farther

Disconnect the battery for a bit to reset everything.

You disconnect the negative terminal in the engine compartment.

that's it? I thought it was accessed in the driver front wheel well. I'll try the engine compartment. Thanks so much. I'll let you know tomorrow if it worked.

Yes, your owners manual states where to do this. Thats also where you would jump start if you ever need to .

My wife has her hands free back! I unhooked the negative terminal in the engine compartment for 30 minutes or so and reconnected. I hope it lasts another 6 years. Thank you.

Electronics are finicky. Doing this type of reset cures all sorts of electrical issues on these cars. Glad it worked out.
