for the steering wheel control:
i don't knwo if it will work for stock, but for all after market decks, there is a steering wheel control adapter that was put in my mom's CR-V. Here's the link to it. It is well worth the money. Trust me!

It is defnitely worth every penny. You can trust crutchfield. They are very helpful too! I ran into a little problem with my AVIC-N2, and they helped me through it.
