RE: Will Chrysler revive legendary 'Cuda?
Most likely fiction. I can't image they will do this. They want to give Chrysler a luxury image and the Cuda was supposed to be the more cost effective between the Cuda and Challenger. I wouldn't hold my breath. If they would make the Cuda again, they should go ahead and use the Plymouth badge even if it was the only model under the Plymouth badge. It just simply does not make any sense to make Chrysler anymore Plymouth like than they already have.

notice, that is a rendering by doug schramm, and those pictures are used with his permission...unlike most people who pirate them. if most people were professional enough to check with him, he is a very nice guy, and does great work. i would love to have a cuda with the challenger lines!

Yes, those three are far better than that first links version. The first one mentions the 6 opening grill from the '72, but it was only the '71 that had that grill, they did get the single headlight per side being from the '70 right even though it was that way on the '72-'74 as well leaving the '71 the only dual headlight version which is my personal favorite. I don't see them restyling the Challenger to be made into a Chrysler Cuda, that's pretty much what caused the death of Plymouth, they had nothing but rebadged and slightly restyled Dodges and Chryslers with the exception of the Prowler and the PT Cruiser based on the Neon frame, yet completely different.
