Thats totally different. My point was, that GM did not design or produce it, but foreign company's did. The ram, whether it is built in Mexico, US, or Madagascar, its still designed by Chrysler engineers.

Yeh,my RAM is made here in the USA also... Fenton, Missouri. Mine was made from 75% US and Canadian parts with the engine being made in Mexico(of course).

Geo was made by Izuzu which still makes GM's Duramax Diesel engines.
I think the Aveo is a rebadged Toyota.

the aveo is a daewoo in a gm body. if you look under the hood there is even a daewoo sticker

My Dad just bought a 81 Aries K and he is getting 30mpg in mixed driving [it still needs a tune up] and he is gettong 40 on the highway. Not bad for a 2.2Ltr
