RE: 09 Ram R/T in all its glory
I just ordered my 2009 Dodge Ram R/T and I love the regular cab. I have had the quad cabs and I think they are just too long. I like the size of the regular cab and I think the R/T is Bad Azz!!! I got it pretty much loaded with everything I could get on it. The printout from Dodge says I should have it by 2nd or 3rd week of August. It is in production as we speak. I sure hope it comes with the hood that you see on the website and not a plain dodge hood. If you go with a Sport Model or the R/T you get the bucket seats with the floor shifter. You have to go with a SLT if you want a bench seat. Dodge dropped the manual transmission in all of their trucks. Has anyone heard when the prices will be announced?

RE: 09 Ram R/T in all its glory
It does not matter to me how much it cost. I am just curious to find out if there is much difference in prices from last year. My dealer that I have been buying from since 1969 let me order two 2009 Dodge Rams and I can decide when they get here which one I want. I get their best price when I buy because I buy a new truck every year. I also ordered a Crew Cab Sport just in case I change my mind about the four doors, but I am pretty sure I am going with the R/T. They also know that I won't take it if they don't give me a fair price. I never pay a deposit to order one. This is the way all dealers should treat their customers but of course it is not.

dodge has always not had a manual tranny for the hemis. the 4.7L will continue to have a stick shift i can almost gaurantee that as well as the 3.7L. and in a RCSB the 4.7L with six speed is more than enough. it's quicker than a qcsb hemi. I would know lol.
