Should i buy this 03'?

there is a 2003 dodge 2500 5.9l with 82,000 miles they are asking 11,000 for it do you think i can talk them down or should i not buy it??? ....
help please!

i'd do it. as long as its in at least decent condition. only an idiot would sell it for that much unless something was wrong with it.
