I dont think they would get rid of the Challenger just to get rid of the competition of the Camaro. If that was the case then they would have x'd a few other models such as the G8 or CTS-V or even the vette for that matter, every brand that GM owns has their own "performance" line of cars and the majority of them have the hp and 0-60 times that are compairable to the new Camaro's. Plus if you think about it, would you rather bring in the profits of putting out one iconic car or two? Now I do not want them to go under but if they do, and someone else buys them out I dont think I would worry to much about the chrysler line up completely disappearing.

i dont know..i think that we would see a great many fewer models offered if the big three combined, or even two of them...

I couldn't see them killing the 300. They'd have to know that the 300 buyer would not have otherwise bought a Cadillac, they'd just go back to buying lexus, infinity and others. Only Cadillac lovers buy Cadillacs.

it will suck, thats for sure, and maybe the price of the newer stuff will go up but honestly, whoever (if anyone) buys/merges/takes control of chrysler would be stupid to kill the bread and butter models (ram, 300, charger, even challenger...) but might kill of the excess, such as viper, sebring, T&C, etc
