Yesterday the UAW got a deal worked (Although I think it still needs a vote). CAW also took consessions.

Sounded good on the news this evening. The banks have agreed to deal so it should be a go with Fiat. 4 days left to get-r-done!!!

How does all of this play into our lifetime powertrain warranties?

Well Dodge isn't going anywhere, or Chrysler for that matter. It will just be partially owned by Fiat. All of our warranties will still be honored and you will still be able to take it to any of the dealers left to have it worked on. We'll be fine.
