It's still going to be a structured bankruptcy and people will get paid out according to their debt type, etc. It's not exactly what Obama says goes. Those with credit default swaps may be covered in full just b/c Chrysler is in bankruptcy and those 100% payouts will be a lot better than the deals "Obama was offering."
