“Dakota Continues” in ALL-Par updates out of all the 2010 updates is still left with a 2008 read and no mentions of it’s future for 2010 and beyond. The dealers are only speculating on it’s future and I don’t believe Chryslers is making it known of its future yet except for a article of a sorts of clown faced small Unibody replacement without the Dakota name as early as 2011. Still a rumor mill.

Glad to see those models continue. All they need to do with the Avenger is fix the crappy steering feel/response at the limit, open up the intake like I did on mine, and advertise it!!

The 2.4L in my niece's new 09 Avenger seems gutless to me. I guess 173hp in a 3300lb + car is not going to be too peppy. The 2.0 in the wife's 3000lb is much peppier. The Avenger does drive and ride good though.

If it's less then 250hp, I won't ever own it.....in today's era, cars are getting 28+ mpg on that or better....

You wouldn't want one if it had 2 million HP.

some of that should be read with a grain of salt. the 2010 model year information isnt allowed for publication, but i know that there are quite a few things on there that are not correct. there are some things that are new and correct, and i think that they throw in incorrect items to get around looking like theyre posting things that they shouldnt be. when the press release date comes, Ill have plenty to say...
