durango deletion
Where are you getting caravan? The first one was an SUV version of the dakota basically, it shared very little if anything with the caravan.
The new durango and the Dakota both need a refresh... Maybe chrysler will think out o fthe obx again and not just simply try to remake the full-size Ram in a smaller scale. The Aspen is a good looking SUV, if only it was Tahoe sized, if it had been... there would be one in my driveway already.

Look at the last paragraph-about the 1999-2004 Dodge Ramcharger.

I still see these around here alot. I can buy one from Sonora pretty inexpesively. The 2000-2002 models are the most numerous. I just wonder if I'd be able to get it in country and then license it. They have the exact same fuel/exhaust standards of the 2nd gen trucks. Anyway, I wished Dodge would've had the stones to import this.

My first truck was a (used) '85 Ramcharger. I guess you never forget your first........
I wish they had it in them to bring out a full size, high end SUV to compete with the Expeditions and Escalades.

The 1st gen Durango was a crewcab Dakota with a topper
Jim Press said late last year that the Dakota was too large and needed a complete overhaul. It is not profitable as is. The Dakota may get the same makeover as the Durango.
