Not the best for public relations but what did we expect. Chrysler Corp. or whatever they are this week, is the best at shooting themselves in the foot.

Yea, but now that Dodge knows about the logo, they could argue "they didn't change it enough" or whatever garbage one could argue.

The high school that my son graduated from here in Ky. uses the red Ram logo as well.

It's a legal issue with Chrysler and the trademark laws. If Chrysler does not do enough to protect their trademarked logo they would be in danger of losing that trademark. Coca Cola spends millions every year protecting their iconic trademark. The script and the shape of the bottle.

I dont see why they are making an issue out of it. There an alarm company near me who is using a logo VERY close to a trademarked Chrysler logo. I contacted Chrysler about it 2 years ago and they havent done a thing, so why give a high school a hard time, talk about not having their priorities in order.

The Chrysler logo:

The company with the logo look in the upper left corner.

If they change it it isnt a trademark issue...Trust Me! The arrow and the half blue and black. If the Logo was the Mopar M it would however be the same story.
