Is this true?

I was reading on one of those sites that have a bunch of random facts that said the first Fords actually had Dodge motors. Has anybody else heard of this?

the dodge brothers built the engines early on for henry ford. so again, maybe ford owned the name for the first made car, but dodge were the guys who actually BUILT it!

No they didn't. They threatened a suit if Ford used the shortened "Hemi" in their ads back in the 60's or thereabouts.
