Default To squeak or not to squeak.

I have a squeaky truck and my mechanic friend told me to buy the a-frame bushings and he'll replace them for me.

But I can't seem to find a-frame bushing on any of the big car parts sites.

So is there another name I should be looking for that they'll be listed as?

Thanks!

Control arm bushings are what you are looking for. Upper or lower? Many trucks these days, you have to buy the whole control arm.

Is he sure it's the bushings? I had a squeak that would come and go (it would stay gone for month's at a time) and I noticed my tire/rim rubbing on the lower control arm.

The squeak was the bottom ball joint, it was pretty gone...

Have you checked the ball joints?

Ints. Sorry. Accidently pushed the submit button. Lol. But if your talking bout your suspension squeeking. Most likely ball joints. You can get them from autozone or anything. And there easy to do. Dont worry. But if the truck squeeks maybe he was talkin bout new bushings for the cab or somethin?
