I have a 96 dodge avenger es 2.5, it seems to take a long time to shift out of first gear i have to realy step on the gas but after that it shifts fine and it dosent happen all the time, when i first get in the car it shifts fine but after like two stops it starts but when i turn the car off it and restart it it the same thing happens again. I have replaced the trans filter and fluid with atf +4, input sensor, solenoid pack and i have a rear motor mount on order can some one please help me. Thank you.

without proper diagnostic equipment, it's a total guess. As you found out with the parts you already changed and that didn't fix the problem. I highly doubt it's a bad computer. This kind of stuff is indicative of internal issue
