I'm new to this site so bear with me please. I was just wonder'n if any body knows where the pcv valve is located on a 2008 dodge avenger 2.7. I stopped by the local dodge dealer and bought a new one, changed oil in my wife's car tonight, thought I had located it on the front valve cover on driver's side, but when I pulled the rubber tube off going to the air filter box and what I thought was the pcv valve on the valve cover the rubber tube is bigger than the new pcv valve that the dealership gave me, no way it's gonna fit. Is there a possibility it's on the valve cover closest to the firewall? There's another rubber tube that comes off of the air plenum that makes a pretty sharp bend and runs back under the intake runners, making it almost impossible to see where it winds up at and what it hooks to.
