Dodge offers rentals for the 1st year of ownership under warranty. You might want to check into that.
yeah maybe theres alot were gona check into i just think the way they are treating ppl at this point in time is very dumb there gonna lose customers i know there not doing good financially but if you they make it through the hard times then there gonna need all the buyer's they can get and treating ppl like this doesnt help at all cus then they just tell everyone else the problems and then no one wanst to buy dodge my mom was on a site and said there was hundreds of ppl with the same problems and the dealerships were being just as useless in fixing the problem i guess all we can do is wait and seee i just hope i dont have to buy nissians version of the ram a year from now lol
well there just giving us back the car unfixed they cant figure out whats causing the problem so they pretty much said deal with it cus we dont wanna deal with it anymore
It's a shame that the dealers do not have to be held to a higher standard. My dealer is quite good and has a good reputation. Others, seem to really care less about the customer. Hopefully, you can find a better dealer in your area.
yeah it does suck this dealer actually use to be really good they were 100 times better then the dealer we bought it from but now there just as big of ****** as the other guys it seems and since she got the car back theres actually more wrong with it now it feels like she is driving with the e-brake stuck on she said when she was going down a hill in 6th gear it felt like she was in second the car kept jerking back whenever she would step on the gas a bit
