i would say screw that dealership and try another one. i had my tranny go at 4000 miles and the dealer i went through took it and fixed it no questions asked. they also gave me a rental (another dodge ram too) took about 2-3 months. but i understood the time it took because of the problems it was having and the fact they didnt do the work they had a tranny shop do it. every dealership is different. notmuch you can do with no lemon law. im not dfamilar with canadian law. if you cant get another dealer to help with the problem then i would have the dealer you bought it from take it back and trade up for something else. iwouldnt buy your dodge truck from that dealer though if they are dicking you around soo much with the caliber. also i used the bbb before with dealerships and had monthly payments paid for me. im am not sure if you have the better business burreau up to CAN but you can check. it works wonders sometimes. all manufactueres have their problems but its usually up to the different dealerships to accomodate you and if they dont they will loose your business for sure.

we actually have been to different dealerships this is the third one and yeah we do have the BBB and sure they said we could trade up or whatever but that isnt good for your credit unless they could give a really good deal i think im just mad right now i'll probably buy another truck other then dodge i think everything else is just ugly it would be really nice if they would pay for a month or two of the payments considering they are like 650$ which i think is alot for a caliber lol and its getting really anoyying for both of us trying to drive just my truck

We gave just under $18,000 American for our 09.

Have you contacted the Dodge consumer service dept yet?

lol crazy my mom has the exact same car as you from what i can see and hers was 30,000 our dodge rams are 45,000 on average but yeah i think my mom was trying to call them today but for some odd reason the 1 800 number was busy but shes gonna go into the dealership tomorrow and fight with them tell them what shes heard from other ppl on the internet cus i guess its a very common problem might try and get a few payments outta dodge cus it only seems fair and if not maybe call the better business bureau and just see what the options are
