I have owned two Chrysler vehicles in less than 4 yrs. One a Dodge Dakoata pickup, and presently a 2007 Dodge Caliber. The Caliber is just over two years old. Since having it, twice the engine check light has come on and I have had to take it in for service, I also had the same problem with the Dodge Dakota pickup. I have tried all the suggestions that people have given including trying to reset the OBD computer by disconnecting battery cables, none of them have worked with my Caliber R/T. Hate to say it guys but after getting this thing fixed a third time, if it comes on again..."my money is going overseas for a reliable vechicle, something not made in America.

What code are you getting? Have you had it scanned at your local AutoZone for free? Get it done and post the code here. We can help. It could be something as silly as a bad gas cap.
