Hopefully they will put forth the effort to make it right. We are quite happy with our 09. I don't know what kind of dealer network you have in your area. Perhaps another one would do a better job if it is an option.

I have to agree with lxman1, if this dealer does not meet your needs go to another one. I pass two Dodge and 1 Chrysler dealer to get to the one I trust. Not all mechanics are created equal.

I have one a couple of miles from the house but drive across town to my dealer.

Yahoo! At last the problem was solved. Nobody knows where was the problem, but it has been solved. And now I am happy By the way I have changed dealer
