07 dodge caliber sterring rack sounds
Hello there,
Sorry I am new in this forum. Sorry if that kind problem post is repeating.
I have some noisy metal sound under sterring rack. Looks like my steering rack has a some place to move upwards and downwards, that noisy metal sound hears when driving on pited and bumpy road. That sound are getting me out crazy. Is it possible to solve that problem without replacing steering rack?
Thanks a lot in advance.

Do you know where are these bushings on rack?
At last, the problem looks like will be solved. Dealer checked and found the problem. There was a pillow block near to steering rack. Next week it should be replaced and I hope my problem will be solved.

At last, it arrived and replaced, but sound still is.. :?
On monday I am gonna drive my car to dealer and I won't get it back while they won't solve that problem.
After part replacement that noisy sound is little bit softer and it sounds not often as it was, but still is.
I have been so happy when I bought Caliber, now I've spent more than US $400 for small upgrades and parts, and if they won't solve that problem, I'm gonna starting to think about selling this vehicle. :?
