Question P2005 Intake Manif Runner Ctrl Stuck Open Bank2

My 2007 Dodge Caliber AWD keeps posting a P2005 OBDII code. From my research this equates to Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open Bank2. What I don't understand is that the Caliber only has one fuel rail. I assumed Bank 2 would be for a V6 or a V8.

From reviewing the service manual the closet thing I can come up with is the intake manifold flow control valve. But I do not know if this is the valve I need to replace. and I have no idea why it would be considered "Bank 2"

Does anyone have any other information that can assist me in determining what I need to replace?

That is odd since it only has bank 1 I didn't even know that these had a variable geometry intake. I know they have VVT.

Maybe this will help more. I found this on page 14-83 of the service manual:

The electrically controlled intake manifold flow control valve is located in the intake manifold at the cylinder head. The intake manifold is constructed of composite material and divided into equal length runners. At the end of each runner is an intake manifold flow control valve flap. The intake manifold flow control valve actuator controls the flaps
through a common shaft.

The intake manifold flow control valve actuator is a two-position torque motor that is pulse-width driven by the GPEC1. The actuator is either energized to move the flaps out of the way to the wide-open position or de-energized to move the flaps up, to a restricted position.
This makes me even more confident I need to find a way to replace the flap, the actuator or both.

Any ideas where to find one?

I have tried Napa and O'Reilly on line but neither seem to have anything for the intake manifold.

That will probably be a dealer item more than likely. I would say it is the actuator more than likely.
