I have noticed recently that the rear bumper on my 2012 Cali is becoming discolored. It is several shades darker than the car and seems darker on the driver's side than the passenger side.

The car is orange (officially Mango Tango). Anyone else have this issue?

P.S. No, it is not just dirty.

 

Our 09 Sunburst Orange Caliber has had no fading issues. Perhaps it has something to do with the flexing agent in the paint for the plastic bumper? I'm not really sure. Have you taken it by your dealer to see what they say?

 

Taking it to the dealer in 2 weeks. I will post their reply.
