I need to replace the CVT on our Caliber, and so far I think I can do this through the wheel well. My question is if the CVT is a bolt-on and runs or does it need programming?

Are there any other things that I need to be aware of before taking it apart?

I would think that it should be a bolt-on deal. Is the replacement used or new? If used, same year?
