07 Caliber won't go over 10mpg
2007 caliber start fine but won't go over 10 mph any ideas HELP...

Check engine light or any other warning light ON? any codes?

no check engine light and no code...started to surge off the light then would be fine now just won't go over 10mph all in less then week.

just notice when I rev it the electronic throttle control light flashes

99% of the time, a replacement throttle body will fix this issue.
