Default Rough idle CALIBER 2.0 SXT CVT LPG

I have a problem starting the engine. when it starts engine is hesitating and vibrates on idle and goes rough idle. In a range of 50-75 mph the whole car is vibrating in a strange way. only when accelerating slowly. fast acceleration does not give any vibrations. after a week MIL shows up. Plugs are new, plug caps replaced from 3 to 4 and problem still occurs.

Readings are:

P0303 Dodge - Cylinder Misfire Fault Detected
P0139 Dodge - O2 sensor 1/2 Slow response
P2097 Dodge - Downstream Fuel Trim System 1 Rich

what is wrong? How to fix it? Please advise.

Welcome to the forum.
You may possibly have a bad fuel injector that is not properly shutting off and fouling the plug. How does the #3 plug look after driving?

I would run a compression test to rule out a dead cylinder.
