Default Bumping from underneath

I have a 2007 Caliber R/T awd, and lately when driving on bumpy roads, I hear a thumping or bumping from underneath on the passenger side. I check everything with the suspension, new struts last spring, replaced control arms and ball joints, didn't help (needed replaced anyway), check sway bar bushings, checked to see if exhaust was loose, I couldn't find anything.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
Jeff

I am guessing that the front and rear suspensions were checked? Other than the driveshaft to the rear, it sounds like you have checked everything that I can think of.
