According to the Dodge Info Center, mine is scheduled to be built the week of July 1st, which is next week! So if all goes well, I should have my car in about 2.5 weeks. *crosses fingers*

I finally got a von number from my dealer today. I put my order in May 3rd so I hope mine isn't far away. Can someone please tell me the website as to where I can input my von number to check my order status?

As far as I know, there is no website to check status of your dodge vehicle. Either your salesperson can check status on their computer, or you can call Dodge Info Center @ 1-800-4-ADODGE / 1-800-423-6343

Well, yesterday I called DIC for a status update on my Caliber, and it just moved from BG status to BX. I'm also going to call again this friday to get confirmation form at least another person from DIC! If their correct, it only took TEN frickin weeks to go from BG to BX! I only pray it doesn't take another ten to go into D! Has anyone else's order status for an SXT model change within the last week?

 

I just phoned the Canadian customer assistance number to have my VON tracked. They can't seem to do it (or won't do it) they only refer me to the dealer. So I call the 1-800 992 1997 number in the U.S. A very nice fellow tells me my car passed edit on Jube 5. So I'm thinking great wont be too long. Then I ask when the dealer submitted the order. He tells me June 5th. I put my down payment on the car and have a receipt dated MAY 3rd. So the dealer waited over a month to put in my paper work. I think I'm going in for a refund today unless the dealer gives me some very good reasons as to why the couldn't order my car immediately. Oooooh I'm smoking now.

 

Could be because the dealer didn't have an allocation, so submitting it in May would have made no difference. Just a guess.

 

My car has been in D status since June 5th and its STILL not in D1 Status yet. Its an SXT Sport. I guess it was supposed to be built during the week of July 1st-7th, but since they shut the plant down for a few days for the 4th of July Holiday, it was delayed and the build date was pushed back a week or 2. Sounds like BS to me! I'm pushing about 14 weeks since I ordered my Caliber (May 1st).
