Default Caliber Problems - Important *UPDATE(PICS)*

I have heard of a dealer in Ohio having problems w/ the Caliber and is probably CVT related where it wont go over 6 or so mph. Has anyone heard of this or have this problem. Also my uncles Caliber will be going to the dealership very soon as it had a leaker sunroof that was "Fixed" but apparently not also the headliner is falling apart. It rained all day yesterday and now there is an inch of water on the dash and quite a bit on the floor of his brand new Caliber. I'll see if i can get pics for you guys.

Reminds me of the scene in "Risky Business" where the tow driver asks..."ok, who's the u-boat commander?"

That's why I didn't get a stupid caliber [8D] too many unforseen problems. The only way your dealer could redeem themselves is if they gave him another brand new caliber in return. But after something like that happens to a BRAND NEW car and they just "fix" it you know that the car won't ever really feel the same again. You'll always think, "yeah it has only a couple thousand miles on it but it's still a salvage title to me." Plus the new car smell is probably all but extinct now.
