Start by checking out the cooling fans. Disconnect harness to fans. Start engine and turn on A/C. Check for power at connector. See which terminal is + and which is -. If you're getting power at the connector, then try hot wiring the fans by supplying battery voltage to the fan connector. But make sure you follow the correct polarity. If the fans don't run, it's a motor problem. If you're not getting power at the connector, check at the fan relays for power. Get back to us with the results.

if its not the fan relay.. check fusable links.. take out battery.. remove battery try.. fusable links for cooling fans are under there.. if they are shot.. replace them .. make sure to follow instructions on how to do it properly..

The fan module maybe shorted and causing the fan relay to be inop. You will need to actuate the fan relay and see if the goes on. If the fan does not spin the relay maybe the problem. If another works and kicking the fan on, I would replace the fan module too.
