The map sensor reading is a bit low. At my home it should be 29.9 inhg. Do you have a 3.3L engine? What is your engine vacuum, when running.

LT fuel trim almost 11. that's raises question. the map showing 15 isn't ab normal since the car is under load with open throttle.

with a real scanner, I'd be monitoring the O2 sensor values. who did all the work? it was a NEW cat you installed?

yes, cat is NEW
this vehicle is a taxi, so i don't mess around... as i said before, the following are all new (within the last 2 months)

upstream O2 sensor
downstream O2 sensor
coilpack
plugs
wires
cat
MAP sensor
Throttle position sensor
Fuel filter
fuel pump

all work was done by myself, with the exception of the fuel pump and the cat
i am now wondering if possibly they left a small exhaust leak before the downstream O2 sensor when installing/welding in the new cat and flex pipe... i believe this could cause this code, am I right?
