Hello folks, I am a new forum member and owner of a new 2008 SXT...

I am looking for a trailer hitch.

Do you have a trailer hitch on your 2008?

If so:

Which brand? How does it look? Do you have any pictures?

I think Uhaul can put one on your's. They did on my 99 GC Sport and 99 Civic HX.

 

Yeah, there are tons of places who *can* put on a hitch. I can even order the Mopar hitch and put it on myself.



But I am curious to see if others have done so, and how do they look? How low are they? How much clearance do they have?

But these are new vehicles, so the odds are slim, and the Dodge Caravan does not exactly have the same active forum participation as my Jeep, or VW vehicles...

So I have an appointment at U-Haul in about a week (the hitch has to be shipped). I will take some pics and post them.

U-Haul has done some good work for me in the past.

I guess that is one drawback of the minivan, not as many passionate owners....

Hey valkraider, It looks great over here too! BTW great color van (I got the same). Let me know the story with that harness.

 

You can buy the factory hitch (part # 82207911) for about $110.00 and put it on yourself fairly easy...

 

They did a good job hiding it under there. Is that a 2" channel or smaller?
