Dodge Ram Van power window problem
New user here. Hope I'm following correct procedure....
On my 98 dodge ram van the passenger side power window won't go up or down. I removed door cover and can see a loose cable that moves when power is applied so I'm assuming a broken piece that the cable travels on? I hesitate to remove more of the power window guts until I know more info. Would appreciate a wiring diagram of moving parts if possible. If can help it would be most appreciated!

if it is a black plastic cable (covers the steel cable) that is flopping around then it needs a window regulator. You can test the wiring to the motor very easily. Disconnect the plug and hook in a high beam headlight if it lights up when you flip the switch you have plenty of juice.
