2000 G. Caravan - Rear A/C question

Front A/C works fine, the back is not cold or even cool. Are there separate loops of a/c (front & back)? I hear hissing in the back passenger corner of the van too. thanks

You could have a plug H-valve in the rear, and could be causing the hissing sound.

Is that accessible through the panel in the rear passenger corner?
