05 grand caravan cabin filter question???
Yeah I have a 05 grand caravan and im doind a tune-up on the thing and I went ahead and got the cabin air filter, it says its under the pass glove compartment, there is supost to be a accesess door, but where it says it is, it is soild. Now ther one's ive change before on other car was ousideright under the winsheild under the plastic cover where the wipers are. I no it has to have one but where it says it is, its not. Could someone give me a hand. is it on the ouside or is it somwhere else. If anyone nows anything let me no. Thanks
The only Caravans that definitely have a cabin filter are the ones with automatic 3-zone climate control.
If you have a "lesser" climate control system, you may, or may no,t have one from the factory.
Actually the "sealed" door under the passenger dash is a blatant tip...that your car doesn't have one.

The condenser is in front of the radiator. The evaporator is in the hvac housing and it doesn't keep clean. Pulled out some evaporators where the owner had a dog in the car alot and the side toward the blower motor looked like **** carpeting. And if you have alot of cotton wood trees in your area, same thing, just covers the coil.
