Default Problem maybe?

Well, with all the problems already with this van (like axle replacement,transmission going bad,no A/C, etc.). Now this today, I was checking the oil like I always do, and need to add a quart of oil usually have to about every month or so, there's a small leak some where have not found leak yet.

Here's my little problem, I noticed when adding oil, on the oil cap there was some milkly anti-freeze on the cap. I didn't see this the last time I check the oil which was a month ago. The oil was looking ok on the dip stick as far as color.

If anti-freeze is in the engine what causes that and will it cause problems now?

Could means that you could have a head gasket or the radiator is leaking trans fluid into the cooling system. Is the van overheating?

Don't know if it is overheating, because the temp gauge is not working it always shows cold. We just had a anti-freeze flush. It seems to run ok. Just checked, no oil leaking at the valve covers or gaskets that I could see.

if it runs cool and you do alot of short trips that can build it up,,it is ,has been cool and wet up there hasn't it ??? also check PCV system

What you may want to is fill the cooling system and pressure ck for any coolant leaks, thats just a start. The engine thats in the van, is it a 3.0L? If so the valve guides may have drop down to cause a leak just on start ups. This has been a problem with Mits motors. and the milky looking oil maybe normal too. As long it not a lot. and have the temp gauge ck'ed too.
