Transmission shifting

After a transmission service and rack and pinion replacement my transmission stop shiffting. The car is 2005 dodge caravan SXT with 3.3 engine. Could any one please tell me what is the problem.

How soon after the trans service did your problems start?
Any trans problems before the service?
Did you check the trans fluid level?

If you just serviced the transmission, which i am guessing. You replace the filter. Ck for trans codes and see if you have loss of prime code. If you do, the filter may not have an o-ring or the o-ring is not sealing.
