Hi , My 04GC has a intermittant chirping sound when cold ?
I did replace the idler pullys and the chirping is still there.
And no i didnt' find a birds nest either haha.
This van has about 84,000 miles.

 

Try removing the fan belt and see if the chirpping goes away, if it does then what ever is been driven by the belt or the belt could be the cause of the chirpping sound. In most cases the water pump start leaking coolant and gets on the belt.
