97 Dodge Caravan Leaking Coolant

My 3.0L Caravan is leaking coolant from where the lower radiator hose enters the engine block. I removed the metal hose and replaced the o-ring but the leak continues.

Any ideas?

The crossover tube maybe rusted out going into the water pump.

my 96 caravan is also leaking coolant but from the air conditioning hose. I can't find any ifno on how to repair. Any ideas?
