It is raining today, and my driver side wiper does not want to go up all the way, but sure goes down on the return cycle. I can move the arm by hand.

I am at work, now, so not sure if the arm is just bolted on or if it is a splined connection. Any one know for sure before I head out for lunch, so I know what I am looking at for repair. (tighten it down, or need new arm because it is stripped)

 

Ck the nut that holds the arm, it maybe loose. 15mm socket.and ck the other side too.

 

Easy enough fix, took the nut off, cleaned the splines out with a paper clip, re-attached and tightened. The splines on the inside of the arm looked pretty worn so hope that does not come into play when I am out on a long trip.
