'96 Caravan: inner tie rod replacement

Has anyone replaced the inner tie rods of a 1996-2000 caravan? I have worn inner tie rods and as I know how the change the outer tie-rods, I cannot find much info on the inner ones.

Any help is appreciated.

Replace the rack, with a reman and comes with outer tie rod ends. Yes I have done them, and they aren't easy.

Are they that different than inners on most other vehicles?
