Hi,

I have a 1996 Grand Caravan and I have a problem with no air coming from the vent which demists/defrosts the windscreen. Air comes from all the other expected vents when their option is chosen from the dial.

Also The little thumb-dial thingy on the passenger side just above the radio which controls the flow of air to that vent is impossible to move, are these problems connected?

Sounds like a blend door problem in the duct work. The thingy above the radio is unrelated.
