The CD player in our van has died and I've got a Pioneer deck sitting around not being used that I want to install it in the van.

My question is how do I remove the factory deck? I don't want to go in there blind and ripping things apart!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Unplug negative from battery, Remove the trim carefully with a small screwdriver to access the 2 screws securing it....then pull out and unplug
(if i remember right)

I would also like add, If you start to have a problem. Take it to a pro and have them install it. Last thing you want is have something go wrong in the dash. I see it all the time.
