1998 dodge van 2500 with 4 speed aoto trans lost overdrive rest ok. Also need elect schm of trans HELP

 

Remove the pan and ck for pieces of a snap ring. Either the snap ring has broken or the lip seals won't apply the clutches. You can remove the overdrive unit off with removing the transmission, unless you split the gasket between the two cases. Also just so you know, you'll in the minivan section. If you can't get any help from the B/van section just me a pm. I do work on all dodge transmission, from front wheel drive to rear wheel drive.
